Grading with games with James Paul Gee

Grading with games is another interesting podcast I listened by Edutopia. James is a University professor who is a great believer that video games are a great tool that should be used at schools in the learning process. James thinks that video games are a form of assessment, but in a fun way.

Playing games motivates the kids to learn. Children are active participants and can modify the games and design them. Games engages the kids with reading and writing.  "Children learn by doing", says James, and games helps children get involved in class activities.

Using games changes the standard curriculum in school and allows children practce the unconventional learning style and be creative participants learners.
